Refund policy

 Return & Refunds

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.  

• To start a return, please contact us via email with your order number (and optionally the reason for return).  
• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.  

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.  

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.  

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or proof that they have been shipped.  

Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  
• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
